Manages the development and growth of Operation Analysts to advance the divisional missions and objectives
Oversees recommendations of the Operations Analysts team related to operational dashboards, Service Level of Agreements (SLAs), operating procedures, governance structures and metrics for process and cost improvements.
Educates to enhance capabilities of soft skills, technical skills, and business Domain Knowledge to the team.
Supports hiring of personnel and performs performance reviews.
