JOB SUMMARY The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for achieving productivity goals and meeting customer service standards. The Supervisor will also assist with the following areas: call evaluation and quality; reporting, training, development and cross training personnel, scheduling, and daily execution. Knowledge of business and service level agreements. Excellent listening, attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high call-volume setting. Able to prioritize and multi-task several duties at the same time. Ability to identify and escalate priority issues, remain calm and effectively during emergency situations. Promote professional and personal development of individual team members by administering performance evaluations, training needs, constructive feedback, and growth opportunities. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS Education / Training AA degree and BA/BS Degree preferred. Work Experience / Skills 3-5 years of experience in a Call Center OR experience in a fast-paced and mission critical response environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Provide front line direction to Call Center Representatives, ensuring quality service is provided in each interaction. Ability to coach, train, develop and build a team. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to work overtime, Weekends, Holidays and Night Shift when necessary. Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
