Job Summary: Provides front line support and resource to the department Case Managers including facilitating patient throughput,Associate performance, teamwork and performance improvement activities. Acts as a resource and liaison to otherHospital and external customers about case management matters. Provides accountability for planning, execution, andoversight of department educational needs. May perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications: [Required] - Current CA RN License. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within 2 years of hire into the Operations Supervisor, Case Management position. One-two years’ experience in Leadership, Discharge Planning, and Utilization review. Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates strong clinical skills through past clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications: EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Nursing or related field CERTIFICATION: National Case Management Certification Salary range: $182,000 - $196,000 annually
