Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Claim Adjudication to join our team! 

 

The Supervisor, Claim Adjudication Operations ensures the streamlined operation of the Claim Adjudication Operations team in alignment with customer-focused objectives. This individual will plan, design, coordinate and align resources to support the daily activities of the team. The supervisor will work closely with their team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, support, and improve customer-focused solutions.

Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communicationDevelop and sustain a culture of operational excellence that creates value for the customerOrganize, plan, and align resources for day-to-day activities based on customer prioritiesManage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance management, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actionsMake decisions and remove barriers enabling the team to deliverCultivate an environment of adherence to procedures and guidelinesOther duties as assigned Qualifications

What our team expects from you?
