Job Summary
Coordinates and oversees day to day operation outpatient practices. Supervise clinical support staff, including all applicable human resource processes and practice operational duties.Does this position require Patient Care?<br>No<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Responsible for recruiting, hiring, evaluating, training and developing support staff. <br>-Provides day to day supervision and direction to support staff. <br>
-Assigns work and monitors performance. <br>
-Monitors/coordinates managed care/billing function including referral process, insurance verification, registration, cash collection, encounter forms and billing <br>
-Participates in the assessment and management of operational functions including patient scheduling, wait times, staff coverage, ancillary tests and follow up appointments, phone systems, transcription services and volume issues. <br>
-Oversees purchase orders, petty cash and check requests. <br>
-Maintains and orders office supplies and equipment. <br>

Education
Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent required
