provide to our customers. You will have the opportunity to mentor and motivate members of your team to achieve performance goals and contribute to their personal and professional development.

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Actively lead and train members of the Collections Team to provide a world-class customer

experience while achieving top-line collection results

• Look to innovate and improve department processes to help push the department forward and

meet monthly department goals

• Accurately perform administrative duties in a timely manner

• Monitor and coach phone calls to meet NPS and QA expectations

• Develop team members to grow personally and professionally

• Deliver actionable performance evaluations, employee praise and discipline

• Address escalated complaints and resolve problems real-time and forward thinking

• Create and maintain a fun and competitive work environment

• Understand and interpret reports and data, utilizing this information to improve the department

• Ensure that saturation and service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team

• Motivate team members to achieve desired results

• Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction

• Handle escalated customer interactions

 

YOU’LL BRING:

• Must have at least 6 months Collections Supervisor experience

• Must be able to work until 8pm MST and open to work some Saturdays

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact confidently and professionally with

customers and co-workers alike

• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer

Protection Act

• Proven ability to coach and mentor others

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
