**Role Purpose**
Results-driven position with supervisory responsibility to lead the Technology Center team and its daily operations. Will plan and execute a variety of technology projects of varying complexity. The Technology Center team supports Workplace Services and its customers to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of technology initiatives, systems, and applications under its ownership or management. Position will work directly with Technology Center team members and Corning Information Technology, as well as internal customers, staff groups, and external vendors. This position incorporates overseeing staff, managing projects, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Team Supervision**
+ Recruit, train, develop, and supervise WPS Technology Center team members.
+ Manage supervisory administrative activities in support of staff professional development, growth, and Human Resources initiatives. Including performance evaluations, coaching and feedback to foster growth, development, and succession planning for the team.
**Technology Center Operations Oversight**
+ Monitor daily activities and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
+ Address open issues, break/fix, changes to processes and bugs.
+ Receive new requests, assess, and assign to appropriate resources.
+ Monitor and manage customer expectations and requirements.
+ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
+ Lead Power-BI management and key performance indicators (KPI) program. Drive the use of KPI measures and metrics to monitor functional processes and drive use of data to make informed decisions.
+ Support team in data management, ensuring access to sourcing data and opportunities to analyze data to provide detailed solutions.
**Budget Management**
+ Responsible for the Technology Center department’s budget activities, including annual budgets and monthly budget reviews to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
+ Allocate and manage Technology Center project expenses to deliver on Workplace Services priorities.
**Additional Responsibilities**
**Technical Support**
+ Provide high-level guidance and support for technology-related issues.
+ Ensure timely resolution and proper resource allocation to technical problems and customer inquiries.
**Compliance and Quality Assurance**
+ Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain regulatory compliance, quality systems, application, and services.
+ Includes documentation, lease, finance, process, and maintenance program audits.
**Strategic Planning and Management**
+ Support Corporate Services strategic objectives and implement actions for achievement at both the organizational and team level.
+ Define and execute the Technology Center strategy, annual objectives, and metrics to facilitate achievement of the Corporate Services annual operational plan.
+ Assess and recognize the potential of emerging technologies, propose enhancements to existing systems and operational processes in the interest of continuous improvement and technological advancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
**Experiences/Education - Required**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
+ Partnership experience with Corning or other organization’s corporate IT function

**Work & Travel Requirements**
+ Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. However, availability extends beyond these times and could include weekend and holidays for system administration, project implementation, system upgrades and resolution management, when required.
+ Candidate available to work onsite in Corning, NY when required.

The range for this position is $86,359.00 - $118,744.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
