Job Overview:

The Supervisor delivers direct clinical services, supervises assigned staff, provides day-to-day administrative management and coordinates all aspects of a defined unit within the Behavioral Health program.

CRSC is located in Morganville/Marlboro NJ

Qualifications:

Required:

Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology doctorate or Social work Current NJ License (LPC or LCSW)Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience with adults in a behavioral health context 1 year of supervisory experience

Essential Functions:

Ensures that program, unit, activities operate as planned and client services are delivered in accordance with relevant policies and proceduresAssigns, directs staff on a daily basis as indicatedManages call-outs, vacations by assigning staffMonitors program, unit, activity to ensure compliance with scheduleMeets productivity assignmentsEnsures that needed supplies, resources are available for unit operation and prepares POs when necessaryPrepares and submits monthly statistical reportsCollects data for monthly QA, PI, UR reports as delegatedProvides documented clinical supervision of assigned staffEnsures that clinical charts are appropriately documented; ensures chart compliance with relevant Policies and Procedures, insurance and regulatory standardsMakes hiring, termination recommendations to Program Director, Administrator, initiates disciplinary action and evaluation reviewsMonitors all client treatment plans and intervenes when requiredWhen providing direct services, it meets the standards of Senior Primary Therapist in relation to clinical assessment, treatment plan development, treatment plan implementation, chart documentation, termination and follow-upParticipate in crisis intervention when requiredFollows up post incidentParticipates in all departments, hospitals and outside agencies, institutional committees as assigned, delegatedParticipates in program development, makes recommendations to Program Director, Administrator for program growth, participates in RFPs and grant writingPrepares, maintains unit readiness for inspections, surveys, ensures program compliance with all standardsEnsures that all grant data is gathered and reported to the Program Director Takes responsibility for professional growthGathers customer satisfaction data as assignedPerforms other duties as requested
