Supervise a variety of general office and customer service activities critical to the daily results of the warehouse operation.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectivenessServe as point of contact to receive billing and customer claimsHandle escalated customer issues and validate the claimsCoordinate with Operations to meet on-time turnaround goalsPartner with Operations to prepare regular reports of customer activityConduct root cause assessment to proactively improve customer services month over monthADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMulti-Location Virtual and On-Site Support for Lithia Springs and College ParkMo-Fri 7am - 3:30pm (with the ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)3 years customer service experience in warehousing and/or distribution environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customersExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededWhy Lineage?
