Supervisor, Customer Service - Printlynx Location: Sedalia, Missouri Provide front line customer service support for Sedalia operations and supervision of Printlynx Commercial Print team. Provide technical guidance and oversight to Printlynx sales representative and customer service reps Responsible for balancing, collections and bank deposits Handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction Initiate job tickets Monitor Work in Progress Work with Accounting for month-end billing Lead Estimator answering questions for sales and customer service representative and internal departments Manage storefront and online system Work with external vendors for quotes and track outsources jobs Order of paper and envelope supplies and manage inventory Required: High School Diploma 5+ years’ Customer Service experience Knowledge of sales techniques Solid cash handling and math skills for estimating Working knowledge of full MS Office suite In-depth knowledge of Sedalia product offerings In-depth knowledge of Sedalia production processes Pleasant and professional telephone presence Preferred: Relevent AA degree Print estimation knowledge/experience/training Experience managing vendor relationships
