Premium is looking for a full-time Customer Service Supervisor in St Louis, MO to lead and supervise our operations support center team, providing critical support to our field associates and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. In this fast-paced leadership role, you'll guide, coach, and manage a team, fostering collaboration while optimizing workflows for efficiency and performance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**What you will do:**
+ **Serve as the primary point of contact** for the Operations Support Center, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
+ **Provide operational and technical support** to the team of support representatives, maintaining a seamless workflow.
+ **Analyze associate performance metrics** and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
+ **Assist in strategic and operational planning** , ensuring alignment with corporate goals, KPIs, and budgetary objectives.
+ **Support management in overcoming challenges** related to performance metrics, workflows, and cost-saving initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Ready to Join? Here’s What We’re Looking For:**
+ Experience in a **supervisory/leadership role** within an **operations support center or call center** .
+ Strong **problem-solving and communication skills** with a customer-first mindset.
+ Ability to **analyze performance data** and drive improvements.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)** .
+ Knowledge of **retail operations and/or technical support** best practices.
