The Data Management & Reporting Supervisor position is responsible to manage and lead a team of analysts to achieve high customer satisfaction. He/she will have to lead the team to achieve deliver data services, either Data Quality Analytics (DQA) or Data Guaranteed (DG), as per agreed scope and service level with customer. He/she will also have to ensure that all individual processes are adhered to and monitored closely. 

Ensures complete, timely, weekly & monthly team’s DQA related reports so that customer can attain supply chain information more conveniently and efficiently  Leads to supports closing the gap of missing events or milestones for DG customers  Ensures regular abstracts related shipment data from system to check missing or inaccurate information  Clarifies and follows up with concerned parties on root cause of data discrepancies  Reconciles internally as well as externally when any issue was found  Reviews contract/agreement, and works with Logistics Analyst (LA) to re-new if they are about to expire  Participates in business requirements gathering and solution design discussions for report  migration activities  Gathers business requirements and as-is business process for reporting requests  Builds and updates legacy reports according to current requirements  Provides Quality Checks on all developed reports  Develops Test Cases to check on the developed reports  Provides support and drives the resolution of report issues  Tertiary education is required  Able to speak and write in English  3 years of working experience in similar industry with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity  Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels  Strong problem solving and communication skills  Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel  Good in reading, written and spoken English  Possess data analytical skills and logical thinking  Attention to details and result-oriented  Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure  Strong organization skills and ability to follow documented procedures  Strong problem solving and communication skills  Background in freight forwarding, consolidation and logistics is preferred
