As a Donor Care Process Supervisor, Your Impact is Vital! In this role you will be responsible for the nonproduction operational processes and administrative functions within Donor Care, focusing on enhancing operational continuity. Key duties include ensuring compliance, maintaining quality customer service, overseeing personnel, collaborating across departments, managing deviations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic planning.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
AlwaysAssures quality customer service to all customers.
AlwaysMaintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.
AlwaysHires, supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. Identifies and effectively resolves personnel issues.Collaborates and communicates effectively across departmental and functional lines to provide information and receive feedback to ensure operational continuity.Coordinates receipt, proper distribution, and timelines of deviation management to and through final disposition.Tracks and trends deviations. Communicates issues to operations and ensures all required reports are accurate and timely.Assists in ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards according to defined organizational policies and procedures.Serves as designee for technical and compliance related matters.Assists in formulating and implementing strategies for short and long-range planning in order to meet changes in service and technology.Assists with oversight for detailed operational processes (e.g. BECS Corrections and CDR scanning).Supervises staff responsible for technical and administrative functions related to donor care processes.
Reassignable.Performs all other duties at the discretion of management, as assigned.

Knowledge/ Education

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Valid in-state driver’s license required.


Experience
- Three years of related experience required.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
