Supervisor, GBS Operations

Job Purpose*

The Supervisor, GBS Operations will have to manage and lead a team of documentation representatives / analysts to achieve high customer satisfaction. He/she will have to lead the team to achieve the productivity and quality to meet the requirements of the business service level agreement. He/she will also have to ensure that all individual processes are adhered to and monitored closely.

Roles & Responsibilities* 

Manages and leads an efficient and professional team who will exceed customer’s expectationMonitors and allocates resources according to productivity level in order to achieve service excellenceReviews and identifies customers’ needs and requirements in daily communication with origin and regional officesPro-actively communicates with internal and external customers on industrial, country and company initiatives and changesReviews and implements new initiative from internal and external customersSupports and rolls out any system or process enhancement implemented by corporateAchieves consistency in output of docs / services that is timely, complete & accurate

Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree is required, with preference for Logistics ManagementAble to speak and write in English3 years of working experience in similar industry with at least 1 year in supervisory capacityCustomer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levelsWith 3PL / 4PL background in a shared services companyMust have at least 1 year experience in a shared services company.
