Supervisor, Global Distribution Operations & Fulfillment

**Overview and Responsibilities:**
We're seeking a Supervisor to join the Global Distribution & Fulfillment Operations team who manages the global content distribution for Paramount Media Networks, MTVE, Showtime, Comedy Central, CMT, BET, VH1, Smithsonian, Nickelodeon, and Awesomeness. The team oversees content deliveries to over 1,200 partners and clients worldwide, ensuring timely communication of asset deliverable types and ETAs, and handling rejections, redeliveries, and other fulfillment-related tasks. **Responsibilities include, but not limited to:**
+ Help support Director and Managers of Global Distribution & Fulfillment Operations on handling the day-to-day functions of global content distribution team.
+ Coordinate access to media assets for fulfillment vendors for various distribution across various media, including SVOD, AVOD, TVOD, Pay TV, basic linear broadcast, airlines, cruise ships, hotel pay-per-view, and physical home entertainment.
+ Ensure coordinators submit Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders to vendors at start of project orders.
+ Update Airtable trackers for content delivery, communicating due dates to vendors and ETAs to clients and to internal teams coordinating Paramounts media supply chain for deliveries to its owned & operated platforms.
+ Provide additional assets to vendors for complete delivery packages such as key art, imagery and metadata per client specifications.
+ Participate in clip selection for TVOD exhibition and TPRs (temporary price requests) for monthly content sales across download-to-own platforms.
+ Work closely with localization teams on foreign language incoming delivery ETAs, ensuring vendors receive foreign language assets for delivery to global licensees.
+ Help field vendor and client rejections, ensuring redeliveries are made in a timely manner, communicating updates via email and Slack channels.
+ Assist team with the onboarding process of new clients by organizing client data and spec information into Excel documents and client SharePoint sites.
+ Participate in the onboarding for new clients onto Paramount Global server applications, sites, and setting up new user OKTA accounts.
+ Assist in handling the organization and access to departments Aspera Shares for internal and external users.
+ Request legacy Viacom content from Paramount+ Global Fulfillment Operations teams (GFO) and store to MTVE/Showtimes Asset Media Management (SAMMe) archival server for future distribution fulfillment.
+ Receive work order requests in Xytech and track orders from receipt to completion of delivery, entering final completion dates for client invoicing.
+ Field material requests daily and submit asset availability reports in Salesforce during deal negotiations for PGCD sales teams.
+ Aid in the DVD and Blu-Ray (BD) production for Showtime and MTVE titles slated for physical home video release.
+ Provide the Authoring & Encoding vendors with required assets.
+ Submit POs and track overall project status in Airtable.
+ Help in the coordination of creating valuable bonus features, working with various marketing teams to craft exclusive content for home video.
+ Publish secured, watermarked screener requests through the Corporate wide screening platform, Indee.
+ Perform and lead tasks on departmental special projects as assigned.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of experience in media distribution or related field.
+ Working knowledge of distribution workflows, various film, video, audio and digital formats, closed captioning and subtitle formats, various aspect ratios, QC processes, file delivery applications, and a basic understanding of technical specifications.
+ Proficiency in project management applications, Outlook, Microsoft Office/365, Aspera, Media Shuttle and other relative distribution applications.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - 80,000.00.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
