+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in the field. + A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in related to, or in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Logistics fields. + Minimum 3 years' experience in the management and leadership of a team. + Expert knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics terminology and lingo. + Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience. US Trade regulations experience is a plus. + Knowledge of and experience with import/export documents and regulations supporting global business. + Must be able to communicate effectively with different layers of the organization. + Experience with Global Trade Management systems.
