SUMMARY OF JOB The nurse supervisor is responsible assume overall responsibility for the clinical nursing practice and resident/patient care during the appropriate shift. Provides for continuity in decision making and consistent in nursing practice by assuring that nursing policies, procedures, standards and objectives are met. Acts as a resources and support person. Represents administration during any events that may occur on that shift. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS RN and 2 years experience, BSN preferred.
