Summary :The Supervisor, Integrated Behavioral Health position oversees the day-to-day workflow of the of the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program within our healthcare setting including Behavioral Health Collaboration Managers and other members of the integrated behavioral health team. Incumbent is responsible for providing leadership to a team of clinicians who provide behavioral health services alongside primary care, ensuring seamless integration of behavioral needs into patient treatment plans, while also supervising the clinical practice, staff development and quality assurance of the program.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

Provides for daily activities and work processes that result in quality outcomes through clinical supervision and oversight of IBH team members and programs.Skilled in formulating behavioral health interventions appropriate to primary care setting, and assisting with implementation of primary care treatment plans.Confers with team members regularly regarding techniques used, treatment progress, model fidelity and related matters for promoting and evaluating the professional development of team members, and assuring quality of care, as well as reviewing work in progress. Ensures that team members understand and practice the principles of integrating behavioral health assessment and treatment in the primary care setting.Reviews initial assessments, follow up visit, care plan documentation, systematic case review documentation, clinical communication and provides timely and constructive feedback to team members. Accountable for the day-to-day oversight of the Integrated Behavioral Health program. The incumbent will conduct analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions.Supports and sustains ThedaCare’s mission, vision and values by helping team members understand their job. Leads staff and model’s behavior and service standards ensuring service expectations are understood by the team and staff is properly trained.Ensures compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.Ensures consistent application of departmental and system policies and procedures.Manage a program to achieve stated objectives and to achieve financial sustainability of the program.Maintains current knowledge of evidence-based practice of Integrated Behavioral Health including the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or related field is required.Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family TherapistKnowledge of current models of Integrated Behavioral Health including the Collaborative Care Model is preferred.Required to have 3-5 years previous work as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).Previous leadership experience preferred.
