Supervisor, Inventory Control
Overview

The Supervisor, Inventory Control works with the team responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control and the inventory team in a 1 million+ square foot, multi-shift, high-volume, automated distribution center.  This role is responsible for analyzing physical inventory, establishing, and maintaining inventory discrepancy investigations, developing, and improving processes and procedures, and generating appropriate reporting to maintain adequate inventory levels and control.

First Shift - Monday - Thursday, 6am - 430pm  Second Shift - Monday - Thursday, 6pm - 430am  Weekend Shift - Friday - Sunday, 6am - 630pm  What You'll Do Assist in the planning, prioritization and execution of day to day inventory control activities throughout the campus Build valuable relationships and collaborate with operations to maintain inventory accuracy Investigates complex goods movement through multiple systems to identify opportunities, determine root cause, and propose solutions for remediation  Act as a role model for the Inventory Control team and demonstrate our Crocs values Facilitate discussions for team development, track status of team development and ensures alignment with Company goals. Provide insight to the leadership team for all activities, progress toward key control metrics, implementation of SOP’s, etc. Effectively communicate across shifts and departments and acts as a liaison between inventory control and Operations teams. Strong analytical skills, proven ability to pull reports and generate concise summaries as requested Interpret various reports and effectively communicate conclusions to assist operations in maintaining inventory accuracy What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or business is preferred. Previous experience mentoring and coaching employees.  3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment, with emphasis on inventory control processes and methods. Prior experience with transportation or logistics preferred Experience in a multi-channel distribution environment processing Wholesale, Retail, and E-Commerce, including previous use of Warehouse Management Systems. Direct experience with Manhattan WMS is preferred.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience in other reporting software, ie SCI, Microsoft PowerBI is a plus Experience with automation including goods to person fulfillment, conveyors, and sortation systems.  Experience with AutoStore, DMS or Ferag systems are a plus Experience in warehouse equipment operation a plus
