What You’ll Do 

Lead the Lab Services Technician team by hiring and developing staff to maintain resources required to support operational turnaround time.Effectively communicate with Project Management team to review incoming project definitions and provide feedback on scope and turnaround time of work.Plan for upcoming work by managing inventory of consumables and reagents.Track all work done in lab and report billing details weekly.Perform all functions of Senior Sample Prep technician as needed.

What You Will Bring

BS/BA degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field with 4+ years lab experience or Associates Degree in a scientific discipline with 7+ years lab experienceLeadership and project planning experienceExperience in document and report reviewMust be able to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to others.Demonstrate high level attention to detailKnowledge of GxP requirements
