About the role:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and control of technical maintenance work, preventative maintenance, and equipment reliability for the American Canyon Manufacturing facility. You will supervise and develop the maintenance crew. The Maintenance supervisor is conscious and understanding of food and employee safety and ensures application in his/her daily functions.

About you:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering or related field, or Associate degree plus 2-5 years of specialized experience in mechanical/electromechanical and electrical experience in a high-speed manufacturing plant environment (preferably food industry). Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a team, department, or personnel. Ability to work with minimal supervision, and oversee the work of contractors, 3rd party engineering providers, and direct reports. Knowledge of budgets and financial statements is a plus Proficiency with programs: Microsoft, Google, ERP (SAP preferred) and CMMS (Maximo preferred) Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to lead a team and accomplish technical department goals effectively Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlinesWhat you can expect from Barry Callebaut:
