How will you make an impact?

Leading all operations, the Manufacturing Supervisor for LRF ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost. They will manage a team of around 35-40 employees, including Full Time Employees and Contractors.

A Day in the Life:

Ensure employees are following company policies and is responsible for issuing warnings if/when needed.

Handle shift-to-shift communications to ensure detailed transition of work between shifts.

Promote a safe and positive team environment to achieve daily production goals.

Advise the daily work to ensure schedule completion while leading utilization and efficiency.

Trend production metrics to identify areas of improvement.

Supervise and ensure compliance with ISO/GMP/FDA requirements.

Maintain quality system by following SOP’s and work instructions.

Open and lead problem reports/CAPA/Change Control as needed.

Maintains staffing plan and reviews team member performance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment or related fast paced, impactful environment where leadership is required.

Experienced people leader.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Proven track record to follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet project timelines consistently and independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to support daily operations.

Strong written and verbal communication, and time management skills.

Shown ability to apply problem solving methodology to understand root cause and implement solutions.
