We offer manual patient kit assembly along with semi-automated and automated wallet sealing and high-speed automated carding to meet the needs of studies of all sizes. For temperature sensitive products and those with minimal to zero allowable time out of environment, we can perform secondary packaging in refrigerated and frozen packaging rooms or over dry ice depending upon your project needs. Using our Clinicopia global labeling system with its multi-lingual label phrase library we can design single panel, booklet labels or our unique Peel-ID™ safe storage labels for your studies. Single panel and Peel-ID™ safe storage labels can be conveniently reviewed and approved online via our Fusion portal before being printed and inspected at our facilities. Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia is hiring a Supervisor, Material Planning. The Supervisor, Material Planning Oversee the hiring, training, discipline, and daily functionality of the material planning and buying team. Provide daily direction with respect to task assignment and coordination. Provide training and mentorship to direct reports. Oversee maintenance of site material resource planning (MRP) system. Track and sustain a high level of quality for all outputs from the team. Ensure on-time delivery of all customer requestions. Yhe Planning/Scheduling department within the Philadelphia site Supply Chain/Operations organization supports all functions as they interact with the supply chain. Master Planning, Production Scheduling, MRP Ordering, Financial Forecasting, Vendor Management, and oversite of FastChain orders from receipt to shipment are managed or supported by the Planning/Scheduling department. **This is a full-time role position: Monday-Friday -8:00am-4:30pm. Onsite** **Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.** **The Role** + Oversee all material buyers and planners' hiring, scheduling, performance management, training, and discipline. Responsible for leading with integrity and respect, following all Catalent's values, policies and procedures. Responsible to ensure all site safety standards are upheld, unsafe conditions reported, and all materials properly assessed before arriving at the site + Responsible for maintaining all written procedures and identifying process improvement opportunities. Coordinate daily task assignments to ensure all commitments are met. Monitor the department's capacity and request headcount as required to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the team's outputs. + Collaborate with internal customers, peers, and leadership to establish standards and measurements which sustain a cohesive process. Responsible for the Philadelphia Site Purchase Order ("PO") table in JD Edwards. Commitments are current, approvals are timely, and Quality Standards are upheld. Responsible for leading investigations, root cause analysis, and monitoring corrective and preventative actions for effectiveness. + Coordinate Buyers and Material Planners to track all Open Project PO's. All projects material commitments must be met. Coordinate with site Finance to perform monthly and annual reviews of Blanket PO's with Cost Center Management to ensure proper allocation of company funds + Participate in all Material Review meetings that oversee Catalent-owned inventory and prevent any inventory reservations. Responsible for all site stock material inventory levels and expiry dating. Responsible for a ll Commercial project inventory levels and expiry dating.
