**Overview**
The Zenith Global Operations Team handles client-specific tasks across various agency areas like Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, and more. They centralize and standardize essential work to improve efficiency, making it ideal for organized problem-solvers who thrive in structured environments. This role will serve as a key connector and coordinator for work across the portfolio to ensure that local teams positioned globally are compliant in process and ways of working.
**Responsibilities**
**Macro Tasks:**
+ Project coordination
+ Process improvements
+ Systems expertise, management and support
+ Spend reporting
+ Data quality assurance, compliance, and governance
+ Best practice development, sharing, and enforcement
**Daily Tasks:**
+ Support Global Teams: Assist the Global Strategy Team and Regional Media Leads with projects and client deliverables and build global relationships.
+ Client & Internal Reporting: Ensure compliance, training, and data accuracy in reporting processes, validate global media spend data, and improve reporting clarity.
+ MediaTools Implementation: Assist with the implementation, training, maintenance, and validation of MediaTools, ensuring accurate and timely data. Track regional agency compliance and act as a resource for MediaTools-related queries.
+ Project Collaboration: Work with internal teams to prioritize projects and ensure smooth workflow execution.
+ Systems and Tools Support: Oversee and manage agency tools and systems, maintain hierarchies and user security, facilitate training, and support data governance. Assist agency and client teams with data quality assurance and troubleshooting.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with client-specific billing and audit procedures and other systems-related tasks.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising preferred
+ 3+ years of Media Planning or Media Operations experience
+ Experience in Media Tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
+ Balanced: Comfortable handling both short-term tasks and long-term projects.
+ Analytical: See connections between data sources for cross-system reporting.
+ Agile: Shift smoothly between financial work and operational needs.

Compensation Range: $72,450 - $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
