As the Supervisor, Mfg Equipment Maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless operation of our world-class manufacturing equipment. Your ambition and proven leadership skills will drive your team to compete with the best in the industry. You will strictly adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and determine effective strategies to successfully implement maintenance plans and improve troublshooting efficiency.
Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment operationDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and proceduresTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, implementing timely repairsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performanceMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationManage and prioritize multiple tasksRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldorHigh School diploma or GED. Eight (8) + years of applicable maintenance experience with two (2) + years of supervisory, group lead or related experience (directing people and activities) may be considered for equivalency to education.
orAssociate’s degree in a college curriculum with a concentration in mechanical technology or related field is preferred. Five (5) + years of applicable maintenance experience required, with two (2) + years of supervisory, group lead or related experience (directing people and activities).
