As the MSO Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the daily operations at the MSO Center which involves managing workflows, monitoring SLA and KPI adherence, training new team members, managing projects and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities also include communicating updates to leadership and coaching Fleet Processors.

Starting salary is $60K; commensurate with experience. 

What You’ll Do:

· Lead the day-to-day operation of the MSO Center

· Implement SLA requirements to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

· Ensure team is following rules and regulations for MSO signing based on registering state

· Continuously develop and implement process improvements

· Manage ticketing system and shared inbox to ensure a timely response

· Schedule MSO team shifts to ensure proper coverage

· Develop and train MSO Center team utilizing best practices

· Manage daily reporting to identify and prioritize aging work

· Actively monitor MSO Center SLA and KPI adherence

What We’re Looking for:

· Experience in title & registration, MSO, document processing preferred

· Associate’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred

· Ability to learn and utilize multiple applications and scanning systems

· Must be comfortable standing or sitting for long periods

· Must have legible handwriting skills to sign documents efficiently and correctly for extended periods

· Detail-oriented; must be very accurate and pay attention to details

· Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision

· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams

· Availability to work specialty hours during peak season
