Job Summary

This role supervises and coordinates daily facilities maintenance work (e.g., decontamination, house and yard maintenance, routine structure repairs, yard maintenance) consistent with standardized Vistra Nuclear Operating Company Fleet practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform assigned activities.Assign tasks and manage personnel to ensure due dates and completions standards are met.Promptly investigate and settle grievances.Enforce the terms of the company/union agreement.Perform Emergency Response Organization duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalentFive to seven years of experience in discipline.Meets station procedural requirements.Exhibit professional work ethics and leadership abilitiesBachelor’s Degree in a Technical discipline or related field. preferredPrevious supervisory/leadership experience preferredMust reside within site-specific Emergency Response Organization response time.
