Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, Operations, you will:

Coordinate daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Manage and lead a team of warehouse professionals to maintain high performance standards.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or transportation issues.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.Monitor and report on critical metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.Ability to strictly adhere to and enforce company policies and standards.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in warehouse, supply logistics, or a related field (preferred).
