Supervisor, Pharmacy - 2nd Shift
Description: Supervise 100% cGMP & Compliance during complete operation of pharmacy. Essential Functions: + Train all pharmacy operators for Amneal SOP’s + Control and maintain tracking of Inventory cards and batch records. + Review and verify all pharmacy use log book for correct data entry. + Plan and execute pharmacy operation as per monthly planning + Review batch record and provide to next department on time. + Train pharmacy operators for safety parameters during operation of pharmacy + Check Status of Material for next batch + Reconciliation of Material & Maintain Inventory of all Nil RM& Pkg. Cards + Prevent Mix up, Cross Contamination during pharmacy + Maintain In-process Check Control during pharmacy process + Responsible for expired and rejected raw material disposal to disposal area + Communicate to engineering department on Dust Collector clean up + Maintain retesting system of raw material at the start of the month (first week) + Check Calibration status of all scale, balance, and equipment (Routine) + Must follow up on Amneal Pharmacy CAPA + Must monitor room temperature and humidity on environmentally sensitive products + No 483 + No warning letters + No duplicate errors + Work subject to but not limited to. + If an employee observes anything wrong during the manufacturing process of any drugs, must inform management ASAP. Additional Responsibilities: + Other duties as assigned. The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
