Supervisor, Pharmacy Financial Management (PFM) Operations

Under the minimal direction of Manager, PFM Operations, the Supervisor, PFM Operations manages the daily workflow of a multi-faceted team to ensure accurate and timely service to support client deliverables in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  The Supervisor, PFM Operations develops and maintains high quality/cost efficient processes, trains/leads associates, audits work performance to ensure associates adhere to key performance metrics, and works effectively across the Inmar organization to identify and resolve operational challenges that could potentially impact client deliverables.

Primary Accountabilities: 

Analytical (50%)

Manage day to day operations and ensure delivery of accurate and timely service to clientsLead and develop associates

Operational (30%)

Identify operational efficiencies and develop new standards

Work collaboratively with Client Account teams to ensure client satisfaction

Work collaboratively across Inmar organizations to troubleshoot and problem solve issues before they negatively influence client deliverables

Administrative (15%)

Ensure Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) policies and procedures are followed

Monitor and report metrics to team members and management

Interview potential new team members and make strong recommendations for hiring

Analytics (5%)

Establish metrics to measure team goals and success

Required Qualification: 

Four year college (Bachelor’s Degree)

3-5 years of related work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office,  Google Office Suite
