About The RoleOur Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! As Photography Supervisor, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience.You are a team player and excited about innovation. Partnering with leadership to meet and maintain studio goals while complying with company policies and visions. With your previous experience in operations, you possess hands-on ability to own projects relating to KPI’s, process and metric improvements

What You Get To Do Every Day

Responsible for managing a team of Photographers in the studio, with tasks including:

Scheduling

Managing PTO

Staffing

Hiring

Training

Coaching

Promotions

Developing leads

Overseeing daily/monthly production goals for the studio and managing changes

Ensuring that daily studio goals are met

Ensuring that individual goals are met

Enforcing studio policies

Tracking individual and studio productivity month to month

Planning for future growth and staffing

Work with other department Managers to help anticipate and manage product flow

Planning meetings with employees to help motivate and build a team atmosphere

Compensation, Benefits, + Perks

Minimum 1-year production supervisory experience (+2 years preferred) required

Must be punctual 

Basic understanding of operational metrics

Works well with deadlines and metrics

Excellent organizational skills

Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail

Proactive and able to show initiative and ideas

The expected salary range for this role is $51,714.00-$65,504.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
