POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor, Poker Room assists the Assistant Manager, Poker Room in implementing and executing poker room policies and procedures, creating, and maintaining a secure, friendly atmosphere while hosting guests.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures that all poker games and tournaments run smoothly and efficiently, following established rules and regulations.
2. Monitor and maintain the integrity of poker games by enforcing house rules and procedures.
3. Ensure that the dealer collecting the correct rakes every game dealt on the table.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
5. Train and mentor poker room staff to ensure high standards of customer service and game integrity.
6. Create games and assign guests to tables to open according to the number of players on the waiting list.
7. Assisting guest registrations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
Minimum two years as Poker dealer and competent in dealing the game.
II. Education
Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

3. Experience in the Asian gaming market is desirable.
4. Sounds knowledge of Poker games variety.
