Plans, organizes, directs, controls, staffs and schedules the activities of the laboratory, customer service and lab assistant activities. Establishes policies and procedures for the non-technical operations of the laboratory ensuring that standards are established that are consistent, and monitors and evaluates performance standards. Manages the daily operations to achieve continuous performance improvement and patient/customer satisfaction.
