Your new role
A Producer Assistant is responsible for supporting the Executive Producer on all financial matters of the project, performing critical analysis and monitoring management and budget decisions to ensure the smooth running of the various projects underway and for approvals.
In addition to constant communication with the production company responsible for executing the project, the Producer Assistant works closely with many internal departments, such as Finance, planning and Legal, to ensure that all goals set by Senior Management of the project are on track, securing information, documents, and dates.
Your role accountabilities:
* Monitoring the various projects, in the production stage, with strong knowledge of the financial structure and current standard practices of the industry;
* Critical analysis and Monitoring budgets, cost reports and all necessary deliveries within WBD standards, metrics and guidelines;
* Manage and report the cash flow, cost report and other financial demands that appear during the production;
* Manage and report the area's cash flow and its payments;
* Monitor deliveries in each stage to ensure productions is in progress accordingly to deadlines;
* To be the bridge between the production house and the internal departments of the business, such as Payment and Legal Team of WBD so that everyone has the necessary information to follow the workflow;
* Responsible for supporting the internal Executive Producer, liaising with different areas, especially Finance, Legal and Suppliers.
