Supervisor, Project Management

Manage the delivery and program management of Paid Media programs and product launches. Role requires high client interaction skills, management of multiple workstreams and expertise in the paid media space including data, analytics, strategy and activation. This team member is equal parts PM guru, strategic thinker, consummate problem solver, trusted advisor, team leader, priority juggler and seasoned cat herder. People in this role go beyond just managing large accounts or portfolios…they’re also player/coaches, facilitators, collaborators, and community builders. They roll-up their sleeves, they help teams see the forest through the trees, and they’re not afraid to color outside the lines. This person is an expert who is also adept at client management and team leadership. They will be accountable for delivery, the client relationship and ensuring we fulfill our promises. + Understands client priorities & work with multiple client stakeholders; focus their feedback to guide towards objectives + Acts as a trusted adviser to the team; identify solutions, approaches, and ways of working that best meet the clients’ strategic objectives, organizational barriers, and cross agency needs + Tackles issues when milestones are not met, mitigate against risks before they become issues, track/action against dependencies and be a team lead & champion. + Leads team through ambiguity and uncertainty **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities + Accountable for mapping and managing enterprise level projects, end-to-end delivery of campaigns, establishes and manages integrated projects and programs to ensure quality, on-time delivery. + Responsible for managing enterprise level projects/programs timing to ensure on-time delivery + Responsible for creating overall timeline per brand campaign, manages key milestones and delivers action item recaps for meetings + Responsible for managing overall media process to ensure effective workflow management (enterprise level projects) + Responsible for follow-up across the team on all deliverables to ensure delivery is on-track + Responsible for proactive planning, with visibility into all deliverables and flags issues, risks, dependencies Core Competencies + Ability to articulate media delivery process/methodology effectively and successfully + Ability to understand project scope and transform into an executable plan + Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risk from the plan + Ability to articulate messages with clarity and simplicity + Ability to effectively communicate complex situations through providing additional context or insight. + Strong attention to detail while navigating various projects **Qualifications** + 3+ years of project management experience in delivering large programs and projects + Experience implementing media, data and CRM platforms preferred + Proven track record leading multiple full project life cycles from business development to final delivery + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferably in an integrated program) + Experience in consulting and/or client-facing role + Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience **Additional Information** Starcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
