POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor at Property Services assists in the management of the Property Services department and all systems/areas of responsibility assigned to him/her. Focuses in supporting all operating departments, provides services as required to the entire operation and ensures all maintenance is carried out efficiently. Also, ensures that life safety systems throughout the entire property are, at all times, at pick performance and maintained to the highest standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the day-to-day management of the Property Services Team including Shift Scheduling based on requirements.Assists in maintaining accurate records and monitors closely all operating expenses to ensure that the budget is adhered to and costs strictly controlled.Submit monthly Team Reports on time with highest accuracy.Assists the management team in maintaining a comprehensive library of manuals and parts list of all operational equipment, as well as a complete set of up-to-date drawings of all areas and systems.Is fully responsible for the operations and maintenance of all Life Safety systems; regularly reviews life safety procedures with Security department. Ensures that all maintenance service of life safety systems is carried out accordingly with highest standardsMonitor subcontractors for proper preventing maintenance on Fire Services systems including but not limited to Fire protection and detection services, Auto Fire Alarm System, Voice Evacuation System and developing training sessions for all team members to get familiar with such systems.Able to develop skills and knowledge on existing Fire Alarm Systems and understand all interconnections between other secondary systems such as evacuation / compartment isolation / emergency routes, etc.Ensures all regular planned maintenance programs to all E&M systems, guestrooms, public areas, Heart of House are carried out accordingly with highest standards.Ensures departmental training programs are conducted and carried out in accordance with our master training plan to all team employees to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.Ensures that employees attend all training and know their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies relating to Fire, Safety, Hygiene, and HealthAdheres to all company policies and procedures.Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departmentsPerforms other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.Able to represent Property Services Department during inspections and external audits.QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
5+ years of working experience in Building Services and more specific in design / construction / programming / testing / maintenance of Automated Fire Alarm detection / suppression Systems.Education:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or other rated disciplines.License from Electrical and Mechanical Services Department will be advantageous
