Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Proposal Coordination role supports and oversees the efforts of the Sales Coordinator team and works in close partnership with Account Executives (AEs) to deliver high-quality, on-time responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs).

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities

Delivers high-quality proposals and enhances customer support through structured, efficient processes.Collaborates closely with Sales teams to ensure seamless proposal development and submission.Creates and delivers comprehensive, accurate RFP responses that meet client expectations using standardized processes.Works alongside Sales teams to understand client needs and provide necessary resources for timely RFP submissions.Utilizes Clear Channel's campaign planning, proposal development, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage team workflows and assess performance.Oversees the entire RFP lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of proposals, conducting audits, and maintaining detailed records of submissions, including recommended improvements on RFP processes.Leads resolution of complex or time-sensitive RFP situations, ensuring quick and effective solutions.Monitors RFP volumes and manages workload distribution across teams, providing detailed performance metrics and reporting to management.Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues proactively to ensure smooth operations.Performs other duties as assigned.
