This outstanding opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of ensuring flawless operations and compliance in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** + Provide oversight and supervision of the quality operations activities within the Lengnau site. + Interact with varying levels of staff within the organization as well as with customers and auditors. + Make decisions regarding compliance of processes that will impact the product. + Coordinate QA activities and programs such as batch record review, batch release including intermediates, QM data, deviation review, Change control, CAPA implementation, complaints, and operation document management. + Coordinate the lifecycle of associated concepts/programs, policies/procedures. + Lead the APQR process **Requirements** + Proven experience in a similar QA operations role. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to strictly adhere to compliance and regulatory standards. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine and successfully implement solutions. + Experience leading and supervising a team in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with widely accepted protocols and methods in QA operations.
