Supervisor, Records Management (Hybrid)

They can send you a link to apply directly so they can receive credit! **Job Posting End Date: February 28, 2025** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our Records Management (RM) team. This role involves ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our enterprise-wide records management programs. The Supervisor will provide strategic direction and support to foster a collaborative environment to achieve compliance with our records management policies and goals. A key responsibility of the Supervisor will be to manage our external vendors, ensuring that all third-party services align with our company strategy and organizational standards. This includes coordinating resources, maintaining effective communication, and overseeing vendor performance to ensure the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in records management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. **What You Will Do** + Provide leadership and oversight for the implementation and maintenance of ONE Gas' enterprise-wide records management programs. + Oversee employees involved in records classification and retention activities and projects. + Coordinate resources for efficient and effective program implementation. + Communicate program requirements, expectations, and goals to ensure compliance through education and relationship-building. + Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate the records and information management program across the organization. + Ensure the security and preservation of archival records throughout their lifecycle. + Collaborate with functional group leaders on records management within disaster preparedness and business continuity programs. + Review and revise business policies for compliance with technology, legal, and records management requirements. + Create and conduct training programs to ensure adherence to records management policies and programs. + Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. + Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned **What You Will Need** Preferred bachelor's degree in information management, business management, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience: + Experience in information resources management, information systems and technology, administrative management, or law as it applies to records information and management. + Experience in records and information management programs. + Experience with the application of math and algebraic formulas. + Demonstrated ability collaborating with organizations within an enterprise to implement/maintain a comprehensive records and information management program. + Demonstrated ability reading and interpreting legal documents, agreements, reports, correspondence, and company policies and procedures. + Demonstrated ability developing information, conducting meetings, providing training and making presentations. + Experience in use and function of office equipment such as computers and applicable software. + Proficient in designing and implementing automated workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in records management processes (preferred). + Skilled in leveraging AI technologies to drive technical innovations for optimizing the imaging process (preferred). + Demonstrated ability leading, directing, or supervising; interacting, advising, training, and communicating effectively. + Read and write fluently in English. + Preferred Certified Records Manager (CRM) + Preferred Certified Information Professional (CIP) + Applicable driver's license. + Mobility to travel in and around office facilities and to job sites. + Occasionally lifts 50 lbs. to 100 lbs. + Able to communicate and exchange information; conduct oral presentations. + Visual ability to perform job responsibilities. **Diversity at ONE Gas** Inclusion & Diversity is so important to us that we made it one of our core values, values that guide and direct our actions as we go about our daily business.
