The opportunity
This Sales Training Officer is responsible for attending to the training needs of the Agency Force, ensuring high quality in the delivery of programs, initiates enhancements in basic as well as advanced training modules, helps in marketing MBA’s programs and services and handles key training initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
Conducts and facilitates training programs and training related activities to existing agents.
Provides feedback received from the field to the Training Manager on how training requirements of the agency can be better served
Designs advanced and technical training programs to include development of collaterals and tools Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) and evaluates effectives of training programs and recommends enhancements
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshops; establishing networks and benchmarking best practices Handles key training initiatives and projects

What we are looking for
Graduate of any 4 or 5 year college course
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office
Good oral and written communication skills
