The primary responsibility of this employee is to serve as the Rehab Shop Supervisor, educating shop staff and overseeing clinic to include demonstration of equipment and evaluation of consumer power and basic seating. This requires advanced knowledge of consumer power mobility and basic seating.

Supervise shop staff and monitor productivity Develop and implement policies and procedures Delegate work orders, appointments, and schedules for in-house seating clinic Maintain status of work orders pending repair, assembly, and demo Maintain Time Management System for team Maintain compliance to employee file reports Ensure safety of patients in mobility equipment Interview, hire, and train employees plan, assign, and direct work appraise employee performance reward and discipline employees when applicable among staff members, address complaints and resolve problems
