REQ12362 Supervisor, Revenue Audit (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages the daily audit of gaming activities and prepares management and regulatory reports. Serves as a team leader and performs complex tasks. Review and post gaming accounting entries done by Revenue Auditor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise the daily collection of audit documents and ensure the conduct of audits in gaming and non-gaming areas are in accordance with revenue audit standard operating procedures.Coordinate with Operation should there be any issue that could restrict the performance of audit in the daily transactions.Supervise the daily preparation of gaming accounting entries by Revenue Auditor as well as posting the same into the accounting system.Lead the preparation of monthly ledger account balances reconciliation against system reports.  Review the audit exception reports prepared by the Revenue Auditor before sending it to Business Unit concerned.Recommend to Manager, Operational Accounting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of auditing transactions.Lead the preparation of reports to Sri Lanka Gaming Regulatory Authority regarding gaming revenues, license fees, rolling and other items as assigned.Assist the Manager, Operational Accounting in the supervision of audit team.Adhere and support the Company’s Vision and Mission.All other task assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Appropriate tertiary qualifications bachelor’s degree preferably major in accounting.

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years audit experienced preferably in Gaming industry.

Skills / Competencies  

Good written and oral communication skillsKnowledgeable in MS Office application specially Excel.
