About this role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Services (RCS). This position requires a persuasive and collaborative approach to supporting our internal revenue cycle teams, internal sales organization, and external key stakeholders (including providers, clinicians, practice managers, & scheduling/billing/coding coordinators). Key Responsibilities Include:

The Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) is responsible for leading the day-to-day supervision and support needs of the RCS teams. These teams include Revenue Cycle Business Partners (RCBPs) and the Billing Support Help Desk. These teams serve as revenue cycle experts to field-facing members of the organization and are a key resource for our prescribing accounts where revenue cycle expertise is needed. Key priorities of this leadership role are to:

Ensure accountability for daily field needs, associated SLAs (Service Line Agreement) (Service Line Agreements), and role defined KPIs. Lead by example and strong team building skills, with the ability to influence, teach, train, counsel, and coach members of the team to accomplish organizational goals. Train and onboard new team members and assist with the ongoing training need of existing team members. Conduct 1:1 coaching, mentoring and feedback with Team Members, in addition to annual performance reviews. Provide feedback and guidance to the RCS team to ensure they achieve or exceed company expectations and provide counseling when required to address performance. Communicate with both internal and external key stakeholders on recommended revenue cycle strategies and best practices. Serve as the main point of contact for field escalations, & interacting with members of the commercial team, healthcare professionals, and/or patients to understand the issue and provide resolution. Serve as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all billing, coding, reimbursement inquiries and needs. Provide cross-functional team support for all billing, coding, and compliance workflows as needed. Recognize patients’ rights and responsibilities and support them in the performance of job duties, respect patients’ right to privacy/confidentiality, and abide by all appropriate HIPAA guidelines. Completes assigned duties as directed and in a timely manner. Shares knowledge gained with team members to strengthen their skill sets and expertise. Interacts with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manner. Performs all other duties as assigned.

About you:

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management; with working knowledge of revenue cycle teams, functions, systems, and processes Demonstrated leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Experience with analytical tools to drive decision making Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and technology Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and succeed in a team environment while also demonstrating a high level of personal accountability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for establishing and maintaining collaborative work relationships at all levels within the company and with external business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field. Relevant experience may substitute for required education. Business, marketing and/or management, graduate degree Certified Professional Coder (CPC) highly desired Process improvement and project management skills Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented, matrixed organization Understanding of local, regional, and national commercial and governmental insurance markets Ability to build strong interpersonal skills with all levels of employees, including executives and front-line staff Ability to motivate others with a shared sense of vision or purpose Ability to travel (up to 10%) throughout assigned territories and to company training and sales events as required; which can include all US states/territories. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and initiative.
