Location:  Arkadelphia, AR

Work Arrangements:

In this role you will:  

Plan and direct the activities of sanitation personnel during a work shiftEnsure cleaning standards are maintained and prevent product contaminationConduct inspections and initiate corrective action as neededPest control application as neededEnsure reports are properly maintainedEvaluate job performance of sanitation personnel and take corrective action as neededEnsure proper training of sanitation personnel to follow work rules and proceduresAssist in the daily evaluation of product quality to ensure compliance with established standardsEnsure a safe operation in compliance with the corporate accident prevention programComply with all collective bargaining agreements to foster positive employee relationsCooperate with engineering and production departments in the required maintenance of equipment and facilitiesPerform other duties relating to the efficient operation of the bakery as assigned

What we are looking for:  

Minimum Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s Degree preferred4 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:  

Capable of teaching, training, and sharing technical knowledge to employees within operations.Supervisory experience is preferred            Understands GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)Effective Oral and Written CommunicationWorking computer knowledge specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
