= Objectives of the Position =
Controlling & Governance Procurement Asia Pacific
Be responsible for the implementation SAP based procurement specific procedures, concepts and applications that contribute to process optimization and digitalization as well as to the establishing a culture of continuous improvement within Global Procurement (GP).

= Main Tasks =
• Proceed and analyze SAP Ariba Suites for sourcing, SAP ERP and Business warehouse
• Drive project and initiatives which may affect in Asia and be responsible for their implementation and control, and act as an important link between the regional team and central.
• Conduct multi-stakeholder workshops on management level.
• Carrying out market analyses as well as the design and implementation of training courses on the processes and systems.
• Other governance tasks such as support delegated procurement topics and act as interface to the hubs in Asia countries.

= Job Requirements =
• Master or Bachelor degree in business administration, Business Informatics or another related field
• at least 5 years of professional experience, knowledge of strategic and operational procurement processes are an advantage.
• High IT affinity (preferably with experience in managing the Application Implementation)
• Experience with tools for modeling and automating Business processes are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills in English
