POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Security supports & assists the Assistant Shift Manager and Shift Manager, Security with the operations of a shift, so that a safe, secure and comfortable environment is maintained.  The Supervisor, Security is responsible for ensuring that a high level of effective support is provided to all departments and a high level of customer service is provided to customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Shift Manager, Security to lead teams and to allocate responsibilities and to monitor the performance of employeesEnsure sufficient Security support is provided to key Departments such as Table Games and Slots DepartmentsMonitor customer service of employees and coach employees where necessary to enhance customer service qualityPlan and carry out workplace administration, complete weekly reports and functions associated with reportsCoordinate emergency situations if the Shift Manager, Security is not presentTo coordinate routine inspections and maintenance of emergency equipment and undertake workplace fire preventionManage incidents in a discreet and confidential manner appropriate to the situation and to maintain a professional imageMonitor all security procedures under the direction of Shift Manager, Security.  To monitor lost property and preserve crime scenes.As required perform role of Shift Manager, SecurityAs required perform the functions of a Security officerAdhere to all company policies and proceduresReport accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departmentsPerform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Minimum 2 years Casino Security experience as a Supervisor or Acting Supervisor roleExperience in Customer Service and or Security Officer dutiesDemonstrated teamwork

Education

Verbal and written English; and Cantonese or Mandarin is essentialKnowledge of computer system applications Word, Excel
