POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Spa efficiently assists in the management of the daily operations of the Spa in accordance with the standards set by the company to meet the needs and demands of in-house guests, visitors, and hotel management

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares and delivers various reports required by management on a timely basis. Reports may include but not limited to daily sales, monthly profit & loss report, monthly statistic and / or other ad-hoc reportsProvides setup and assists in treatments to VIP guests and mediaPerforms soft selling techniques for treatments as well as retail products to maximize sales and revenueConducts regular trainings to the Spa Hosts covering service flow in phone reservation, reception services, upselling skills on products and treatmentsAttends effectively to guests’ concerns by establishing each guest needs and trying to meet their requests within constraints provided by the companyAssists guests and visitors by taking bookings and reservations, providing information and directing them to facilities available in the SpaEnsures guests’ profile cards and contact details in the data base are updated by Spa HostsEnsures that reservations are confirmed by Spa Hosts prior to appointmentsAesthetics of the premise, cleanliness and hygiene practices are maintained at Pantry, Treatment rooms, Spa common areas and Reception areasWorks closely with other Business units to ensure Spa & Recreation facilities achieve the highest possible conditions while operating efficientlyPrepares work roster for Spa hosts, therapists, nail technicians and hair techniciansFrom time to time, the spa supervisor may be provided with additional tasks to ensure maximum efficiency as well as creating personal growth, duties may include assisting the Spa Managers and also in other sections of the SpaPerforms monthly stock takings and purchase requisitions, while monitoring stock levelsAttends meetings, as required, and neededEnsures that confidentiality and/or discretion is always maintained regarding guest’s information and activitiesAdheres to all company policies and proceduresReports accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to the superiorsPerforms other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

3-year or above working experience with minimum 2-year in senior position and with spa experience is a must

Education

High school diplomaRelevant Spa / Beauty qualification.First Aid certificationsCertification in different massage.Cidesco/ ITEC/ CIBTAC qualification

Skills / Competencies

Computer literate with Microsoft Office skillsKnowledgeable in POS and Spa operation systemsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsPossesses strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent command of English and Greek with business writing skillsAbility to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
