Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone! **Job Description Summary** + The QA Personnel should manage the Inspection activities, development, maintenance, improvement, and management of the Supplier Quality. + Should be able to Manage Supplier Quality documentation in compliance to Flowserve procedures, customer specifications , inspection Test plan & applicable Material standards. + Develop and Manage Supplier quality KPI’s support customer problem resolution, Internal & external and supplier audits. + Provide guidance on inspection practices and regulations to suppliers in terms of Quality requirements and should be familiar with APQP & PPAP process. + Conduct supplier audits as required to identify areas for continuous improvement. + Develop quality standards to ensure consistent product quality and maintain relationships with suppliers, conduct quality inspections, and implement corrective actions when necessary + Operational Excellence & High Level of Customer Service Standard. + Overall able to Support, Embrace and drive accountability and performance-based culture in leading Supplier Quality Programs ,Quality cultural change at supplier and inspection team. Work with a proactive approach to assure accountability of KPIs compliance and reporting (Non-conformances, Rework, Scrap, First Pass Yield, Escapes, Corrective Actions). + Welding knowledge and skills to address welding related activities for Casting and Fabrication items. **Roles & Responsibilities** + Own and Drive activities per the Supplier Quality Program pertinent to the assigned supplier portfolio, including. + Supplier Approvals (existing supplier approval status and new part qualification) Supplier FPAPs + When and how a Flowserve Part Approval (FPAP) is actioned. + Develop, coach and champion supplier quality team on Quality procedures, tools, and techniques + Develop and execute plans to improve our supplier quality, delivery, and costs on a continuous manner + Develop supplier's capabilities of manufacturing for consistent and repeatable quality, such as step-by-step SOP ,risk analysis and mitigation. + Manage daily supplier quality activities including Daily load allocation, work completion status , NCR management, Inspection report review, stakeholder communications & Daily issue resolution. + Analysis of quality issues observed at Supplier end or Inhouse Manufacturing and support for resolution and process improvement & supplier Quality Performance + Work with key suppliers to develop a lean culture that drives continuous improvement in quality. + Drive NCR management through proper engagement with supplier and review of Root cause and Corrective actions . + Lead, facilitate and coach Problem Solving (RCA/CA/PA) for the facility through Analyzing trends resulting from Statistical Data and propose suggestions/recommendations for process & Detection corrective actions. + Preparing of Inspection Test Plan ( ITP) for new development components & to meet Quality requirements and Compliance. + Seek and utilize knowledge of the supplier quality engineering professional, including quality systems, technologies, and statistical tools + Report Key Monthly KPI for Supplier Quality which includes First Pass acceptance , Supplier & TPIA NCR , Internal NCR, weekly Plan vs actual, Monthly Kaizens, Supplier Performance. + Conduct Monthly lesson learnt with team basis the issues ,Key catches and escapes reported from Supplier inspection personnel. + Familiar with ISO 9001: 2015 QMS , Material standards, API standards, ISO standards. + Drive internal and external audits and conduct as required during problem analysis + Interact & communicate with customer, supplier & other functional areas including manufacturing, purchasing, production, and field service/repair to support on quality issues plus resolution of any problems. + Familiar with on Hands experience of Working on a Quality Online Portal. **Required Experience ,Qualifications and Skills** + BE Mech with 12-15 yrs experience or DME with 15-20 yrs experience in Quality preferably in Pump's , Valves or any other OEM environment + NDE certification for MPI, LP, UT, RT & VT + Additional Welding CSWIP highly recommended. Possess Knowledge of welding , NDE, established quality standards, laws, and regulations of national and international authorities + On hand Experience & Knowledge of Similar inspection of all kind of Pump components , Fabrication parts, Baseplates and other associated accessories + Proficient in Data analysis tools & techniques, corrective action request management, RCA and CAPA tools. + Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office, English & Fluent in business conversation, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills. + Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude. + Must be able to travel both domestic and international + Knowledge of know Industrial Improvement techniques like Kaizen, Lean- Sigma, PFMEA, 8D , statistical analysis. **Req ID** : R-11052 **Job Family Group** : Operations **Job Family** : OP Quality Assurance EOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
