Supervisor, Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Supervisor to help manage our organization's human capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, , developing, and retaining the best talent, as well as developing strategies to help our organization meet its long-term goals. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will report directly to the HR director

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for hiring, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the organization. Manage projects related to talent acquisition and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership. Lead employer branding initiatives Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Contribute to employee retention and development provide recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data Elaborate/update job descriptions Elaborate/update organigrams in HR system Represent the company in career fairs, assessment centers or other events Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Keep up to date with emerging trends and best practices in talent

Requirements and skills

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles Excellent communicator Well-organized Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth multinational environment preferred Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
