As a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of recruiting coordinators in the completion of their day- to-day activities. You’ll manage the responsiveness, productivity, efficiency, and quality of recruiting coordinator workflow to ensure consistent and efficient support is provided to field recruiting. You’ll report directly to the TA Operations Team Manager. It’s a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Recruiting coordinator and/or other roles in recruitment/human resources 3+ years. Microsoft Office suite 1 year. HR Systems, experience with applicant tracking systemsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceTechnical skills: Extensive knowledge of recruiting coordinator function and/or recruitment processesSkills: Project management skills. Practical analysis and problem-solving skills. Influencing and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.Abilities:Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information. Can interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.
